Working with our month of coordinators (Dhruvi and Bijal) was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. By the week of the wedding, I was actually able to fully relax and enjoy the excitement because they handled everything so seamlessly and gave me absolutely nothing to worry about. On the wedding day itself, Bijal kept everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly while making the entire experience feel calm and effortless for us. There are so many moving parts behind the scenes at a wedding, and they managed all of them with professionalism, warmth, and incredible attention to detail. It was such a wonderful experience working with Dhruvi. It was a collaboration in true sense, she was honest and transparent in her approach. She personally scouted all locations for my proposal to make sure I can put my eyes on the location first hand. She coordinated with the decorators and photographers so that I don’t have to and took the lead in managing and planning the whole event with me. There was always flexibility in terms of accommodating any and all of my ideas/requests, and making sure it can be implemented in a way that works best for me. She really treated this event as her own and it couldn’t have been such a magical night it was without Dhruvi!!!🩷
